FRENCH TOAST
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
5 or 6 slices challah or potato bread
Cinnamon
and vanilla to taste
Beat
eggs. Add milk. Beat together.
Beat
griddle or frying pan, to nmedium heat (375)
Spray
with Pam or melt margarine and coat.
Dip
bread into liquid, count to 5 and turn over, count to five and remove and let
excess drip off for a few seconds. Put on griddle or in pan. Cook until brown,
turn over and do other side. Serve with maple syrup and melted butter.
