Serve these pancakes with butter and syrup.



Combine dry ingredients. Stir in egg, oil, and enough milk for batter to pour easily. Mix lightly to blend. Cook pancakes on a hot, well greased griddle. This recipe for pancakes makes 12 to 18 servings.

Use the folowing for 2-3 servings:

1 cup SRF, 2 TBS sugar, 1 beaten egg,  2 TBS oil, 3/4-1 C milk
