1.25  cup Self Rising  flour

1 Tbs sugar

3 eggs

1/2 C vegetable oil

1.5 C milk


Combine Flour and sugar in one bowl. Break and beat eggs in another bowl. Add in oil and milk to eggs and mix well.


Slowly add flour/sugar to wet ingredients, whisk or stir frequently and well. Get to thick but pourable consistency.


Heat waffle iron. Spray with non-stick spray (pam).

Pour batter into iron, 1/2 fill each spot.

Close and cook until done.

Serve with melted buter and ssyrup, or whipped cream and fruit topping, or peanut buter and jelly.
